Our six-course tasting menu. Fresh, local produce, fish landed at the port of Los Gigantes, papas bonitas, artisan mojos, and a sweet finish that changes every season. Designed to be enjoyed unhurriedly, around a complete table, over two to three hours.

What is Atlantic cuisine with Canarian roots

Lucas Maes works with produce from the Canarian Atlantic: fresh fish from the port, local vegetables, Lanzarote olive oils, aged Canarian cheeses, papa bonita and mojos. The technique is contemporary; the origin is Canarian tradition.

Each season redefines the menu. In summer, raw preparations, tiraditos, vegetables and fresh fish dominate. In winter, longer cooks, aged meats and a different approach to local produce take over.
