AQUA is the restaurant with views of the Cliffs of Los Gigantes, on the western coast of Tenerife. Atlantic cuisine with Canarian roots: local produce, fresh fish landed at the port, papas bonitas, artisan mojos and a selection of local wines.
Our dining room opens directly onto the ocean and the cliffs — one of Tenerife’s most striking landscapes. The atmosphere, intimate and considered, is designed for an unhurried, romantic dinner around a full table.
The tasting menu is a sequence that changes with the season. The full gastronomic experience takes between two and three hours.
